Aural Films welcomes Northeast American artist Peter DiPhillips who has created a sonic portrayal of the changes in human consciousness before death called "Mind Levels." His suite of eight tracks are presented here in this new release as described by the artist:

The Dalai Lama believes that when you die your mind goes through 8 mind levels of awareness as you leave this plane of existence and "see" certain different images during each level.

The titles of the songs are the Dalai Lama's description of what the mind "sees" at each level of death. This music is inspired by this concept and attempts to portray these eight mind levels of death musically.
