about

This album is the soundtrack of a novel that has not yet been written and has not yet been adapted for cinema.

It is the tale of a quest led by people in search of a key that will make it possible to curb the self-destructive madness of the world induced by the behaviour of completely disoriented and panicked humans.
What have we forgotten? What do we still not know?

It is about learning to change our representation of the world: it is in reality larger and more complex than what our rationality is capable of apprehending. We will discover new ways of knowing and connecting with life, with time and space. The journey is punctuated by encounters with wise ones whose vision and life are a source of inspiration. Rituals are undoubtedly powerful tools to strengthen our rooting in the Immense and in Nature.

Travelers will be called to find courage in their hearts to assert their truth and stand firm in the choices they make. Finally, a meta-historical perspective will be given to them.

Anantakara, a Sanskrit word meaning "rendering boundless", is a Belgium based electro-acoustic project creating music since 2011. Philippe Wauman, the man behind, likes to describe himself as a sound calligrapher: making subtle blends of ambient, electronica, downtempo, and ethnic, neo classical and jazz. To make the vastness dance with the innermost is at the heart of his inspiration. More at info can be found at www.anantakara.com.
